Recently photographed supercars
I love cars, and so automotive photography is one of my passions … and although classic cars are my favourite, it’s always a pleasure to be around supercars and hypercars. So when car hire firm Alphadrive commissioned me to photograph their range I relished the opportunity.

And here’s a few stats about the cars … The Aventador was designed by Italian designer Filippo Perini. In keeping with Lamborghini tradition, the Aventador is also named after a fighting bull. Aventador was a bull that fought particularly valiantly in the bull ring of Saragossa, Spain in 1993. Similar to the earlier limited-edition Lamborghini Reventon, its heavy use of sharp creases and planar surfaces are typical of Lamborghini’s contemporary styling direction. This beautiful Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster and is equipped with the same V12 engine as the coupé, Lamborghini claims again that it can reach 100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 217 mph
The removable roof consists of two carbon fiber panels. The panels lift off and are stored in the front luggage compartment. It’s one hell of a machine!
Next the Huracan …
The Lamborghini Huracán (Spanish for “hurricane”) is a sports car that replaces Lamborghini’s sales leader and most produced car, the Gallardo. The Huracán made its auto show debut at the 2014 Geneva Auto Show, and was released in the second quarter of 2014. The Huracán has a 5.2 L naturally aspirated Audi/Lamborghini V10 engine and the top speed is around 202 mph. It can accelerate from 0 62 mph in just 3.2 seconds and has a magnetically controlled suspension system to help it stick to the road.
